Curriculum Vitae
David J. Linesch was born in Dayton, Ohio in 1956 and received his Bachelor
of Arts and Juris Doctor Degrees from The Ohio State University. While at Ohio
State, David was President of Phi Alpha Theta (History Honorary), President
of the Ohio State History Forum and Vice President of the Student Council for the College of Humanities.
Mr. Linesch has practiced Labor and Employment Law since 1982 and has the distinction of being one of only a few practitioners with experience representing both employers and employees in labor and employment matters. Mr. Linesch has extensive trial experience before various federal and state tribunals throughout the United States and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Linesch has been recognized by several local, as well as national publications as one of the most qualified lawyers in his field.
The firm is listed in the latest Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers - a distinction shared by only 5% of all law firms in the United States.
